Hadevex Invoice is a cloud-based invoicing platform designed for Malaysian businesses. We provide invoice creation, payment tracking, customer management, and related financial tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to use Hadevex Invoice for any unlawful purpose, to transmit fraudulent invoices, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
Free plan usage is subject to listed limits. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All content, features, and functionality of Hadevex Invoice are owned by Hadevex Tech Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your invoice data and business content remain yours.
Hadevex Invoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. We will provide reasonable notice and data export opportunities.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
